Once a project has commenced, resources have been allocated, or work has been initiated, payments made are generally non-refundable.

3. Project Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client requests cancellation before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative, consultation, payment gateway, and processing fees.

• The project has not yet started.
• A duplicate payment was made accidentally.
• A billing error occurred on our side.

6. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and related services, no guarantees can be made regarding rankings, traffic, conversions, or business results.

Therefore, payments for these services are non-refundable once the campaign or service has commenced.

7. Hosting & Domain Services

Domain registration fees, web hosting charges, SSL certificates, premium plugins, software licenses, and third-party subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once purchased.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue professionally and fairly before requesting a refund.
